I am getting NO Requests and its High Season

Hi there

I have been away for a few months and this was all beautifully managed by Air B&B.

My mother passed away and I needed to be in Cpe Town for this period, so had to cancel about 5 bookings.

All good, I have retained my Super Host Status and even my cancellation fees have been refunded.

BUT is gone awfully quiet and I am rather worried that somehow my property has been deactivated, perhaps unwittingly.

Please could someone help to verify whats going on.

Its hight season adn I would usually have a ton of bookings now and I have not had one equiry for over a month.

I am now worried that somehow the account has been frozen.

The booking calendar does show avaialbe dates in Red? Is that the correct colour?

Please could you help me with this.

Hi Julia,
I once stopped receiving requests. Try to find on the dashboard your performance to find out if you are not getting views or if you are not getting bookings.

I added new photos, chanceg the description a bit. And it worked, I came back to receiving people.

Check if you are on instant reservation and intelligent price, because airbnb shows those ads first.

@Julia94  I found your listing on the first page of the search for private rooms in Stonehaven.  Your rate is higher than average which may be warranted but also may affect your bookings.  Perhaps in the last year there is more competition.
