I am subletting from an agency and i was wondering if anybody had any idea if this is legal to do as I  dont have his permission?

What does it say in your contract with the agency?

What do you think would happen if your guests damaged the property? Who would end up with the bill?

It says no subletting ......

If they damaged the property I would pay for the damages.
