I can not respond....

I can not respond....

I recieved a text message notifying me of a customer's request. However when I try to respond, it will not allow me to. It reads... you have too many accounts registered with this number. Then I go to my inbox online and the message is not there. How do I respond?

I got the same notification on a recent (my first guest request). On top of that I cannot get into my account, does not accept my pass word. I dont want to change the pw until I know they will apply to my account and not to my husband or daughter, account to which I suspect they claim my association.  Is very frustrated not to have a phone number or direct support email to solve these issues. How do they expect us to solve our problems asking the community?.

About my recent problem, a email came and I accepted, then another, and I accepted again. Then, wrote back to those emails that I had accepted several times and did not get a way to contact the guest directly. After this, I got a text saying that they had rejected it because my name is associated to too many accounts. That's it.
