Hello. Anyone have this issue? I try to Relist but it says still connected to an API. But what if you are not connected to anything!! I was hacked and an API called YieldPlanet connected themselves to my listing. I disconnected it on my end but I still could not relist.
Please help!! This problem could not be answered by Airbnb case managers and supervisors. I probably spoke to 20 already. Its been a week and I can't sleep. Solving this is all I want to do. Please help!!
Have you resolved this issue yet and if so how? My listing was not showing up in search results. I decided to try unlisting it and then relisting it. Now it won't let me relist. Of course their is no explaination. I have a call into Airbnb support, but you know how that goes. They don't seem to be able to resolve problems within their system.
Hi everyone, I have had my listing on hold for a year and am now trying to re-list but it won't work!! Sometimes it goes to a blank screen, sometimes I think it's worked but still showing as unlisted. It's driving me crazy! Can anyone tell me a UK phone number I can call?
I was also having this problem, but I changed my workflow and now it works. Here is what I did:
There is a button on my listing page that says "List". When I click that it takes me to a place that I can edit the listing.
From there I can see at the tope Listing Status, and click on that. It takes me to the Listing Status section and I click on Listed and this time it did change to listing.
Before every time I tried to list I got a blank page.
