Hi All,
I cant seem to find any of my listings in the search results or on the map.
I am a SuperHost yet every property seems to be missing. Support say everything is fine with my listing and there IT team is checking on it, but its been 2 weeks now.
Could it just me that cant see the lisitings?
Thanks
@Luxury-Latchi-Villas0 yes, I am afraid your listings doesn't show. You may be delisted or temporarly suspended I don't understand why customer suport said everything is OK.
Think about what could be the cause - did you decline too many requests? Or canceled too many bookings? Or some guest complained about something serious like security cameras or bed bugs ,or you requested some cash or something similar? Those can be reasons for suspension or delisting.
Do you have a legitimate business licence for short term letting (in some cities/countries this is mandatory)
But it seems sometimes Airbnb also delists a host without any obvious or known reason and they don't want to tell why so this could also be the case.
I am sorry.
Thank you for your answer.

No one will give me any answers, other hosts WITH cancellations and others with NO reviews are listed I really don't understand.
I write to them everyday and these are the responses.
Hi Brad, I'm sorry about the delayed response as I was out of office. Unfortunately the IT team are still looking into this matter further and trying there best to gt to the bottom of it. Once I hear back I will be in touch with you immediately. Thank you for your patience.
Good Morninng Luxury Latchi Villas Ltd, I appreciate your patience while awaiting an update on this case. Unfortunately the IT team are still looking further into this to try and detect the problem and resolve it for you. I will mark this case and be back in touch as soon as I hear back from the IT team. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this
I have made a research on my side and I can't find any of them. The link customer service agent - - - > IT department - - - > client is broken. After the agent escalates the problem to the IT department, nothing happens.
On other hand it could be a glitch in the system. Many hosts complained about technical problems recently.
Since you have so many properties in danger, you should be talking to Airbnb right now. I know it's irritating, but keep calling, writing, following up. It's only the way to find the truth and bring the listings back to life
