I got charged for a booking and have not got any email for refund

HI Airbnb,

 

I have a charge for a booking which the host canceled, I got a mail saying you were not charged but i do see a charge in my account. Usually, in case of a host cancelling a booking i get a mail saying you'll get your refund in X days.

 

For the highlighted charge (screenshot2) in second screenshot (inr 24694.84) I need refund as it is not associated with any active booking, and i have not got a refund/ refund mail.

it says "you are not charged for your request" so it seems you have sent the REQUEST and host declined. Therefore you were not charged at all. 

If you instant booked and your host cancelled your booking then you were charged and should be refunded . It can take up to 2 weeks,,, I think.

To be sure if you were charged or not just take a look at your bank account .
