I had the payment for my stay taken out of my account twice, and cant get hold of anyone.

I stayed in Warsaw 26th October, my host and everything was brilliant, but the money has been taken out of my account twice, and i am trying to get a refund but there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at AirBnB to get this arranged.
Cant see any links to emails, and when I have rang up the person i spoke to wasnt very helpful.
Are you talking about your Airbnb account (page "transactions history") or about your bank account (or even both), regarding the "double"payment ? Best,Emiel
