Hello my guest forgot the keys inside the locker and locked himself out. For that reason our spare key did not open the door and we had to call a locksmith. I would like to know Who is supposed to pay for that ?

I had a guest cancel, I select "full refund", now the system says it's charging me $600 for a bill they haven't fully paid? WTF - And good luck finding a number to contact someone about issues.....
