@Feroza0 Are you trying to do this reply via email alone? If so, you have to click the button in the email (if there is one) you cannot reply directly to the email it is a noreply notification. Best would be to open your account and go to your dashboard and see if you have any messages. You should be able to reply there, if there are no messages call Airbnb asap. You can also ask him for any verifications you need such as Government ID etc.
Re: Profile photo - you will not be able to see it until the guest has a confirmed reservation and only then if you check a box asking for it.
