I have a booking from a client who joined Airbnb in 2016 but has no profile photo.

I am new to Airbnb  and a bit confused.

I got an email via Airbnb from a client for a booking and he asked me certain information and when i replied on the same mail, i am not able to reply and it says am not authorised   i cannot even approve the bookings or decline it as i cannot have access to reply to that client.  Please advise me what to do.

@Feroza0     Are you trying to do this reply via email alone?  If so, you have to click the button in the email (if there is one) you cannot reply directly to the email it is a noreply notification.   Best would be to open your account and go to your dashboard and see if you have any messages. You should be able to reply there, if there are no messages call Airbnb asap. You can also ask him for any verifications you need such as Government ID etc.

 

Re:  Profile photo - you will not be able to see it until the guest has a confirmed reservation and only then if you check a box asking for it.

Thank you. I will give it a try but can you please let me have the tel number and email address if Airbnb in case i have an issue.
