I have a payout problem

My current guest was initially booked for a week and that payout came in fine. He extended a week which ends today and I have not seen the payment for the second week. 

I just don’t want this to get cold before I get an answer.

Hello @Renee151,

You should get the payment a day or so after the guest checks out.

You can check your upcoming payments by going to your transaction history and clicking on "Upcoming payments". If the payment doesn't show there as upcoming then you should contact Airbnb support.
