I have someone else's email attached to my account and now I cannot confirm my identity -

I have another email address and name attached to my account (even though I confirmed through facebook) now it says there is NO account linked to my email - now what? I have not used in few years but used to HOST!!  I cannot confirm my trip because it wants to send to another email account!!
