I just registered , and live in Netherlands

Dear Airbnb ,

I am worried about taxes ? do I need to pay taxes for the rental that I receive ? how do I do this ?

Do I need to give a receipt to people when they stay ?

Is there is help desk to ask my questions ?

Sincerely ,

Aroop

You must pay tax on the profit you make from renting out the property, after deductions for allowable expenses, according to the local laws.

You can find more info here: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/topic/264/local-tax  but to better guide you, I suggest you contact a reputable accountant/tax advisor where you're based.

You don't need to provide receipts, guests can download them by going to the  Your Trips section on airbnb.
