I'm a new host and need to send some documentation

I've had a few guests now and need to send them a PDF of some more documentation I've put together and illustrations of the location & floors/entrance and parking available. I've uploaded it to dropbox but can't seem to properly send them a clickable link. So I email them from my personal email account tothe airbnb email they have on their profile. That seems like a round about wayto get them the info they nee about my place, is there a better way to do this? Thanks!
