Hi I put a payment method about payout transactions via international wire!

The first problem is that I only received only 113 Euros, when I actually should receive 137 Euros, and the second problem I have is that the bank has blocked the money because there is no description where the money came from or the reason why I received the money, so unfortunately I can't withdraw the money without a brief description of the reason why I will receive this payment. I hope you can give a solution to this problem as soon as you can!
