I need help

Hello Community, how are you?

I am really worried because this is the third time Airbnb is offering my listing with promotions/discounts but I have not set any

I cannot find any contact phone number to contact Airbnb directly, I believe this is a bug

The straw that broke the camel's back is I was booked/full for March 23rd which is a federal day/long weekend/bank holiday and suddenly I got a reservation for less than the half price my listing is listed.

Is anybody else having the same issue?
Do you know who I could get in touch with to talk about this subject?
I have been using Airbnb for more than one year already and this issue started like 3 weeks ago,

You need to call Airbnb @Willyn0  All the ways of contacting them are outlined in the CONTACT AIRBNB post towards the top of the forum you are posting in.
