I have somehow misspelled or placed my old password, and I can't get into my account. 

Why on EARTH does Airbnb not offer a direct HELP @ AIRBNB.com anywhere on their site? 

That is AWFUL customer service.

I agree! I don't have access to my old work email so now I have no way of changing my password.
