Around Christimas @K73 Airbnb removed the ability of hosts to see the photos  of someone before they book. They emailed all hosts at the time to notify them about this.

If you want to see a photo of the guest post booking go into your listing and take the box to say that you only accept bookings from guests who provide a photo.

They did this because there was evidence that a minority of hosts unfortunately disciminate based on race, religion etc

By the way the more you can do to instill trust yourself as a host is a good thing, so you will probably want to review your own profile and provide some information about yourself and include your name rather than just an initial.
