I woud like to to Buying a Property in Chicago for Airbnb.

I would like some ideas on properties to purchase. Condos near Millenium Park or Townhomes near South Prairie Disctrict. Problem is that i need help from the community if finding addresses that are already compliant with the  condo and townhome association. Does anyone have some ideas?

Here's a list of buildings that ban Airbnb. As for condo associations, I'm not sure if there is a comprehensive list (I've never seen one) as each condo dec is unique.

Being a real estate broker and investor, I have helped a client buy a few Airbnb's in Chicago. He does very well with them in the spring/summer, but the only ones that truly make money in the fall/winter are ones located in prime vacation spots (loop, Gold Coast, Wrigley).
