If guest give wrong comment

My guest are not aware about the pricing structure of abidjan and they compare pricing e with other country and say it's expensive . Prices and picture are mentioned on internet why they donot compare and see properly ,later say it's expensive .and give low rating .. donot you think Airbnb should verify the property and do the justice . This is when we use tip for price by Airbnb .. still suspend my property
