Incorrect pricing - Airbnb Community

Incorrect pricing

I have put in seasonal prices but someone has used instant book and the price reverted to base rate. This is way under the advertised price and I dont want to ruin our stats by refusing it. I cant find a way to contact Airbnb to resolve this. Does anyone have any ideas, what the best thing to do is?
