In Instant Book, I have checked that I want only verified guests with good reviews. Why, then, do I have two bookings of people whose reviews I can't see?

I think what you mean is you have requested only guests recommended by other hosts (and verified) - that is different to having reviews.

they might be verified but not had any reviews yet
