Instant Booking

How do i turn it off (instant booking) so i can talk to possible guests about what they want and are looking for instead of they booking prior to talking to me?

@Felipe-and-Silvia0  There is a long commentary on this subject you should read.  It seems that Airbnb is setting Instant Book as a default on new listings and at the moment the hosts are not able to turn it off.  😞

@Felipe-and-Silvia0 Yeah, I know.  If I were in charge I wouldn't do this.  Just be sure that your calendar pricing and availability settings are as you want them so you don't have any surprises.  I would also suggest that you set Verified ID as a reservation requirement (to the left of Calendar and More under Manage Listing on your Dashboard).
