Instant booking

Hi we are new to airbnb so need a bit of help please. Can you please tell me how instant bookings work, we have just had an instant booking for July does that mean the guests have paid or do I have to do something more.

This means they’ve paid and it is a firm booking.

@Peter-And-Hazel0 you do not need to do anything more except prepare for the guest.

It is nice to reach out to the guest and thank them for the booking and ask them if they have any questions, but that is optional.

Once an Instant Booking is confirmed, you are good to go.
