Insurance coverage for our studio rental above garage and connected to main house

What happens if the guest causes a fire and burns down the Studio rental along with the connected main house we live in ? 

Does the Airbnb coverage cover that entire loss or would your personal home coverage kick in and would they refuse since the loss was caused by a

I was going to start with a discourse about the Host Guarantee, it has been covered many times before and the short version is best to ignore it even exists.

You would claim on your own Insurance, mention of home insurance concerns me as most hoem insurers do not cover business premises.
