Insurance for external car parking space & tree overhanging it.

Hi all,

We have a flat in Plymouth, England. We have purchased an additional car parking space to the rear of the property. It also came with a 50 ft Sycamore tree which is protected. Our question is what happens if a branch falls and hits someone or a car. Who's insurance would that be under? Should we get insurance? Does Air BNB liabilality insurance cover this? Thanks 🙂

hope you are well. Under no circumstance would I rely purely on airbnb’s insurance- from frequent searches here it seems very inconsistent but this my understanding on what was reported and not my own experience from it. 

I would suggest you speak with your insurance provider as well clarify this point very specifically in your listing- mentioning that you take not responsibility for what may happen.
