Invoicing AIRBNB or guests?

Hi all, 

 

I have a House in Portugal and my fiscal advisor tells me that i have to make an invoice to every guest, is this right? 

 

Do we have to make an invoice to a guest or to AIBNB? AIRBNB already sends an invoice to the client?
