I have not been able to receive messages from guests on multiple occasions now. For hosting, I have had whole bookings where I cannot communicate with a guest because their messages won't appear in the app or on the computer. I get a text message that someone has booked, but my calendar begins to show blocked and I have no access to it. Now, I'm receiving messages about my experience via Airbnb text, but no messages even show in my inbox in the app or computer. I have spoken to Airbnb "help desk" on many occasions now and each time a "ticket" has been submitted and then the error occurs again. They have admitted that it was a software malfunction on their end, but no solution has been found (2 months later). This is affecting my customer service on so many levels and it's unacceptable. Does anyone have any ideas on how to communicate with Airbnb effectively to have the issue resolved.
