Is it possible to call a guest prior to accepting a reservation?

I don't see an option to do this, but I seem to recall that I could, in the past.  Is there a trick?  (Does it depend on whether the guest has verified their phone number?)

AirBnB does not give a phone number until after the guests have a confirmed booking. HomeAway/VRBO does if you are a Premier Partner
