Is there a 'guest' forum?

My parents are arriving this Saturday and have paid in full for their 2 month stay. They messaged the host before they set off as they will be stopping at other places first and it has been over 4 days and she has not replied. There doesn't seem to be much in terms of helping the guests in that situation, or maybe I'm being dim and have totally missed it! Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

This is a forum for hosts and guests. @Carolina1068  But this is not an issue we can help with your parents need to speak to Airbnb. 

If your parents are concerned because they haven't agree a check in time/check in details and the host is ignoring messages, they should contact Airbnb directly and ask them to chase up with the host.

All ways of contacting them are listed in the CONTACT AIRBNB post at the top of the forum you are posting in.
