Leasing Agreement for High-end Rental

Hello!

I'm working on listing a Brentwood apartment on Airbnb.

Next step is getting a leasing agreement together. 

I'd love to take a peek at a leasing agreement used by other high-end rentals in Los Angeles.

Anyone willing to share a copy of their leasing agreement with me? I'd be happy to sign an NDA -- or ensure privacy through whatever means necessary -- before taking a look.

If not, then any idea how I could get my hands on a sample leasing agreement?

 Probably best to look at listing through another site as that is not how ABB works.

Doesn't Airbnb have a lease agreement they use.  If so how can we get a copy.
