Good morning,

i have a question around AirBnB operation in Switzerland.
Is it officially a commercial activity? 

If i am an owner of a flat in a house with multiple flats and i rent my place on AirBnB, can the other owners of of the same building ask me to stop commercial activities?

Depends what you mean by officially. If you offer your place or rooms for money you are running a business.

what does it say in your lease - are you allowed to do this?

your local government should be able to tell you about any STR restrictions in your area.
