Linking my calendar on multi listing

Hello all

New host here.  Learning lots so thank you everyone.

I have just created 8 different listings for my property (boutique hotel) and want to link all those calendars together so i can see them in one go - making it easier to communicate with my cleaner.

I have not yet made my listings live so maybe I cant do this yet until I publish?

if you link your calendars to each other it means when 1 of your rooms is booked then it will block all the other rooms too. You don't want that, of course.  It is used for example if you have 2 rooms in in the house and rent them separately but also have the third listing where guest can book the whole house i.e. both rooms together. In that case you link both rooms to the house.

You have to set as many listings as you have rooms and all those listings / rooms will be shown in multicalender for easier coordination.
