Right, so I, like many others, haven't been able to access the CC easily for the past week, and now I'm suddenly back in. But NOW my listing and calendar are inaccessible. I get the error 500 and falling ice cream girl.  I have guests just checked in and no way to receive their messages should they need anything. I can't even retrieve their phone number to text and let them know.  I've been sitting on the phone for 15 minutes waiting to get through to a customer service dept. that historically has proven to know less than I do. I'm furious.

@Colleen253 , has everything settled back to normal as of today Monday16th or Sunday15th, depending on your time?

@Cathie19  Yes, so far so good here now. I believe now the problem was due to the apparent global outage that happened. Was only a few hours for me. From what I could see, there were a lot of guests left stranded and unable to get into their booked accommodations. Thankfully, my guests were already installed, and I do leave them my ph # in the welcome book for emergencies, but it was jarring nonetheless, to be cut off completely. Definitely a good idea for hosts and guests to have at least a little of the paper and ink back up in place.
