Listing not suitable for children

Hi I have my listing as not suitable for children, however I have received a few booking inquiries via Airbnb for bookings with children highlighted in red. If I decline these enquiries will my dates be blocked and will I be penalised?

@Julie-And-Jamie0 if they are inquiries rather than requests you don't need to accept or decline, just reply saying you don't host children.
