To all Airbnb Hosts,

A short note to let you know I have put my listings back-up as I won (see Florida Today article) the dispute over city ordinance and before the code enforcement board for short-term violation. After 2 citations and before the hearing, I had decided to take the rooms down, and of course, lost bookings and money. To catch-up, I am offering a discount of 20%. So, should you have friends willing to come down to Florida to enjoy the beach and Kennedy Space Center, among other things, please spread the word. Thank you for your support. JD
