Listings to work on re basic requirements

My dashboard tells me I have 4 listings to work on re basic requirements.  When I go to those individual listing, I cannot find anything that needs to be changed, or a prompt to show me what needs to be changed or updated.

It's to do with the review ratings for the listings. Some guests have marked listings down for accuracy cleanliness, value etc. so they're the points that may need to b addressed.

If guests haven't mentioned those points in reviews or private feedback then it can be difficult to determine what might be addressed to improve the situation. You could check guests' reviews and send a message to ones who've marked the listing down, asking them what they think could be changed.

I've done it, some reply and some don't. The replies helped me to see my place from a guest's perspective. I could then judge whether to make the change or not.

Hi Steve!

You are so right, in the starting days, I sure did make a few mistakes!   I have subsequently done some major upgrades with new showers, furniture etc etc, but it seems once they have made a remark on the early days visits, it sticks like hell...

I was hoping with all the really great reviews in the last 6 months this will change things, but I guess not.
