I need to understand how to get record of what has been paid on my behalf for room tax? My city planning department requires this to  renew my operating license for short term rental.

Your listings show "Accommodations Tax (Oregon)" is charged to guests. So charged amounts will be listed in your account. Please read section "How to check occupancy tax totals" on this help page:
