Location incorrect on map

I can't seem to update my location on the map anymore.  Any tips or insight as to when AirBnB will let me drag the map so that my property fits into the radius/circle on their map. It's currently WAY OFF and makes my house appear on top of the freeway -- which it is NOT.

Hi @Patricia438,

I understand how it must be frustrating if your listing isn't been shown correctly on the map. If you are unable to move the map pin yourself you will need to contact Airbnb to get them to do it for you. This Community Help Guide explains the best ways to do so.

Just to let you know, I have moved your post here to a new thread so that it doesn't get lost in another discussion and it is easier to find. I have also given it a title, please let me know if you want to change it!

I had my first guest last night, and he used the map to find my house.  That's when I discovered the map sends my guest two streets over!  I can't change the map either, and the "help" directions must be outdated because I get a notice that I am not allowed to change the map unless I create a new listing?  I guess I will reach out to Airbnb twitter for help on this issue (per the note above about finding resolution).

Hello, The postcode and street name are correct on my listing however the map is showing my house to be located at the other side of town at least 1 & 1/2 miles away. My guests last week were horrified originally as they turned up at a rather run down house with scaffolding on ! Guests this week were sent to a house only 200 yards away however it was name specific which was incorrect n
