Login Nightmare

Hi Admin I'm Dave, I've been trying in vain to make a booking but I'm trapped in an eternal loop. the ID process has driven me to dispare. I have suceeded in downloading my profile picture and driving licence details but now need to down load a matching photo to compare with my licence photo. I now have two options 1: use the Airbnb mobile phone app.... but the app keeps repeating login error....2: it suggests using the laptop camera instead but when this is attempted it can't find a camera on the device (even though it has one built-in)......the next suggestionis to try the mobile phone app!!! please someone help me! lol

@David2779  Crop your drivers license photo and upload that.

Thanks Letti for your idea that sounds like a resonable option. unfortunatley the Airbnb app will only allow the photo to be taken from my mobile phone or my laptop camera. so I'm  still stuck. but thanks for trying.

@David2779  Call AirBnB I know some people have been able to send them the ID copy and photo copy via email after calling and AirBnB verifies it for them on their end.
