I am looking for a respectful, responsible, and fast-working person with a flexible schedule who can clean my AirBnB that I run. It is a 1 bedroom apartment. Cleaning 1 to 3 times per week. Pay is $40 each clean, for a 2 hour job. Usually 2 hours between 11am-3pm, but sometimes flexible. Must be reliable, and be able to be scheduled 3 days in advance. Usually more than 3 days notice, but sometimes 1 day before.
Job would include;
Resetting AirBnB amenities (coffee, tea, toilet paper)
Checking for damages to any items, furniture, or apartment.
Taking out garbage.
Cleaning surfaces, vacuum, and mop.
Bathroom, toilet, sink & shower clean / wipe down.
Washing all bedsheets and towels, drying, and remaking the bed, and resetting towels for next guests.
(There is a washer in building, OR alternatively a laundromat 3 minute walk away)
