Long Term Guest requesting change of dates-same amount of days different rate

I am expecting a guest to stay at my place for two months, her travel dates have changed so she will arrive later in the month and leave later. She will be staying for 60 nights, we have initially agreed on a reduced rate. Now the she requested for a change in dates the rate has increased and is now as per the daily rate. How do I amend this? Do I cancel her request and then ask her to request again?

You need to change the reservation to the correct dates and also check the price (which is automatically calculated, but mostly is wrong). If the price is incorrect, click in the pricefield and enter the correct price. After that the change is sent to guest to accept it:

(Never cancel, as you will be penalised ! )
