Long staying guest

Hi -

 

We had some guests stay for the weekend and in a one-two punch there were problems with both the heat and the water to the house!  I offerred to refund their costs for one of the two days, and went onto the dashboard and found some place where that can be done.  But I have received no confirmation from Airbnb, and the guest said that as of yesterday (three days after I had requested the payment) she has seen nothing.  I have searched the boards for some help with someone who might have the answer for this, and I have not found everything.  And, of course, given everything I read here actually calling Airbnb is not something I can do unless I have A LOT of free time!

@Roni-and-Steve0 Your guest needs to log in to their Airbnb account to accept the refund.
