Long-term Stay

Hello everyone,

I've been asked what is inluced in the price of long-term stay and what is excluded. What do you typically include and exclude? For long-term stays I think utilities of that month/s should be paid over and above the rent, don't you think?

@Su3 If it were me, I'd include the cost of utilities in the price of the long term stay.
