Long term guest; additional guest

Hello,

I am currently hosting a long term guest. The individual will be here for eight months. In my listing there is a $15 fee for any guest after the original guest. The individual said he might have his girlfriend over periodically. Should I charge the fee or give him leeway since he's out of town and staying long term?

It's entirely up to you to decide that. At least he has told you/asked permission.

You can charge the for the nights she stays. I am not sure how best to do this either by raising a special offer or go in and changing the booking.

Perhaps more experienced hosts can advise?
