Long term rentals and housekeeping

For hosts that have or had had guests longer than a week and a half, do you offer housekeeping....linen changes, basic clean up of the abode, ect? We're new to hosting and were discussing the "what ifs"  of a longer stay and we didn't know how to address this for future reference.  Thank you in advace for any input! You can provide the bedlinnen, guest can do the change themself. Most guest are happy to keep their space clean themself, but you can ask what they prefer. Public spaces can be cleaned by the host once a week. That's what i do and it works well.

Although it is more unpaid work for me, i offer to change their linen approx once a week. I used to just provide the  clean linen and pick up the dirty linen without entering.  Now it gives me the opportunity to check they are keeping it reasonably clean, really important in a humid climate as food left around attract ants and cockroaches who will breed inside. I often hear the vacuum cleaner and see rubbish has been put out before my pre-arranged visit time so it works well for me. My long stays have never been more than 6 weeks.
