Long term rentals

Hello- how do I set up my listing for long term rentals during a specific period of time?  IE- I want to leave it open for short term rentals for the rest of December, but then start long term on 1/1/2020.

Under the Availability, you can select a period of time and change the minimum stay required.  So if you want a minimum of 30 days starting in January and ending in June 2020, add that requirement to your availability.
