Looking for suggestions on new listing

My husband and I started our first Airbnb mid July.  We have gotten several bookings, but I would love to hear your suggestions on what I could change to make my listing book more and for longer stays. We do have our maximum nights at 28 to avoid people having ‘renters rights’ and needing to get the authorities involved to get people out if they decide to overstay their booking.  The link is below.  Thank you in advance!
