I have a great cleaner who has worked for me for two months now and I couldn't be happier. He is so meticulous I don't even need to do a final walk through. I have a whole house with a front and back patio. He takes care of it all (washes laundry, dishes, floors, the works) and also does handyman work when needed, so if there is something that needs fixing, he can surely handle it - on the spot. His wife is in property management so both understand the need to respond quickly and not leave till the job is done to their (and your satisfaction). As far as turnover, that's something I can easily handle. Please check reviews on my listing and you'll see, though I'm only doing this a few months, the attention I give to guests is, imho, exceptional. That's in part because I own homes around the country and have been involved in real estate for quite some time. This is all I do right now as I am otherwise retired, so I have a lot of time to focus on Airbnb. I have my one property right now so I am looking to start co-hosting.
