Malibu City Council STR Ordinance

Dear fellow STR owner / operator,

we are concerned STR managers and operators here in Malibu and hope to join or build a coalition that engages legal representation at a shared cost to defend our rights and combat the ordinance that Malibu City Council intends on enacting which will impose unreasonable and illegal restrictions on our rentals and coastal access to the public.  If you have information on an existing group or are interested in joining resources and efforts, please  contact us as soon as possible.
